The register is free to read. It is paid for by companies that list on it and by referrals, never by changing what the FDA’s records say.
Supplier listings and sourcing
Companies can claim their entry for free and pay for a Verified or Featured listing, which is always labelled. Sourcing briefs sent through /sourcing are routed to suppliers whose FDA registrations match. Details are on for suppliers.
Prescription price-comparison links
Each drug page links patients to free services that compare pharmacy cash prices. The current status of each:

- SingleCare: plain link, no commercial relationship.
What payment never changes
No company or partner can pay to alter a registration, an operation, a product listing, a patent date or a shortage record, to be removed, or to rank higher in any list ordered by FDA data. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
